Do I need to apply for my CU Link?

Being a University staff or student, you don’t have to apply for your CU Link. You would be informed by the Personnel Office (Staff) or the Admission Office (Students) to collect your CU Link once it is ready. You also do not need to pay for your first card or all subsequent card renewal.

How can I get my CU Link?

You may come to CU Link Card Centre in person or through authorizing other person to collect the card on your behalf. For more information, please refer to Get CU Link > Card Collection.

Can I keep my CU Link when I leave the University?

You should return the card to the CU Link Card Centre or via your department to Card Centre when you leave the University. All functions of your CU Link will be terminated when you graduate from or end your service within the University. Please be reminded that tokens stored in your CU Link are neither refundable nor transferable.
