Overview

The Department of Japanese studies maintains close contact with alumni from both the major and minor programmes.  Periodically, the Department organizes gatherings to promote communication between staff and alumni, and between alumni and current students. A mentorship program was launched in 2007 to nurture friendship and cooperation between current students and alumni.
