On Chinese University’s Homecoming Day on 7 December 2008, the Department held an Alumni Homecoming Dinner at Chung Chi Staff Club. Alumni and mentors shared with students their rich experiences in a variety of areas including banking, journalism, Japanese language education, and further study. Over 60 people including staff, alumni, and current students attended the event. Even as the Staff Club was closing its doors, dinner guests continued to chat and mingle in the dining area, enjoying the company of fellow students, staff and alumni.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude for the continued support and contributions of our alumni and mentors.
Prof. HO Chi Ming, the 2nd batch graduate of JAS, hosted the dinner. Prof. HO is now one of the key faculty members of the Department.
